humane, effective, ethical, evidence-based, behavior management & training
You and your dog deserve to work with someone who is committed to learning about canine behavior and training. I am passionate about this process and I continually incorporate science informed, evidence-based, humane dog training methods, professional education and qualifications that directly benefit you and your dog. See my Experience and Education pages to see what I've been doing to achieve this.
The techniques that a trainer uses will affect your dog’s behavior for years post-training, and possibly the entire lifetime of your dog. Because of the impact, It is very important to choose your trainer wisely.
Dog training is an unregulated industry, and while there are certifications and great training programs out there, they are not a guarantee of the quality of your, and your dog’s, experience.
My goal and promise to you is make training effective and a fun and positive experience for both you and your dog.
